About us

We are Giorgos & Petri, two wine-loving friends from Trondheim. We are both certified as WSET Level 2 "Wine & Spirit Educational Trust" international wine Certification.

 Giorgos is a member of the Greek Sommelier Association and the L΄Ordre Mondial / Chaine des Rotisseurs. He studied Tourist Business Administration at the University of Thessaly in Greece. He is also certified as F&B Manager by the American Hotel & Motel Association. He worked in the restaurant industry for several decades. Married with to children and a grandson. 

Petri studied Biology at NTNU and worked in Aquaculture. Previously worked extra at Vinmonopolet.
